How can an e-commerce platform be tailored to such a big player in the field of motorcycle tires, so that the motorcyclists can not only drive the streets, but also the Internet superhighway, for their online purchases?
Delticom had already decided to change over to SAP hybris for their e-commerce offerings. Our idea was to support the change-over for the motorcycle tire direct sales division and, together with the agency 3st kommunikation, also modernize the design as well as technology in an innovative manner. Our services include: analysis, consultancy, design, embedding new components into the existing system architecture and implementation up to the go live stage within four months. As an SAP Partner, POET provides all process knowledge from a single source.
In the meantime, we now support Delticom in other matters using POET Workbench and provide advice on general questions about shop strategies. In addition, we train employees in the field of motorcycle tire direct sales in managing and maintaining the system on their own. This means motorcycle tire buyers can experience a safe, quick, customer-friendly and technically sound platform using the latest standards.
